Jaha Cummings

Jaha is an 8th Generation Floridian and 5th Generation Punta Gordian. He attended Dartmouth College with a degree in Asian Studies. He is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) with almost 25 years' experience in international markets to include, Asia, Europe, Africa, Australia, and the Caribbean. He is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Professional focusing on the intersection between Residential, Commercial, and Luxury Real Estate. He has also earned the Seniors Real Estate Professional focusing on the intersection between Residential, Commercial and Luxury Real Estate. He has also earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) certification from the National Association of Realtors®. Jaha participates in the Real Estate Private Equity space as an investment banker that specializes in alternative investments in Real Estate, Healthcare, and Entertainment. He holds Series 82 and 63 securities licenses and is a partner with Finalis Securities, LLC, through which he transacts all securities.
Jaha began his career in real estate development in Tokyo in 1995. He entered into healthcare and industrial fields from 1998. He has 19 years' experience in Publishing. He is one of 20 International Publishers who are members of the Venice Production Bridge at the Venice International Film Festival and Shoot the Book! at the Cannes International Film Festival . He has 10 years' experience in developing sustainable residential and commercial building solutions . While overseas, Jaha cultivated expertise in opening new international markets for franchises, manufacturers, and distributors. He facilitated the entire product management process from completing comprehensive market studies to include new country analysis, industry-specific, macro-economic, market size, market niche, pricing, competition, and strategic partner studies; followed by business infrastructure development, training, regulatory compliance, local partnering, and intermodal logistics. He is a member of the Punta Gorda City Council and numerous State, County, and Regional Governmental and Non-Profit Boards to include the Southwest Florida Regional Planning Council, Charlotte County Tourism Development Council, and Florida Freight Advisory Committee. He is also a graduate of Leadership Florida Cornerstone Class XXXVII, and Creator and Host of Tri-County Hour on WKDW 97.5.
