Knowing the neighborhoods of Portland is what she does. If you are looking to buy, she will help you
?nd the neighborhood and home that ?ts your lifestyle and budget perfectly. Throughout your
home-buying process, she will be on her toes working hard for you, walking you through writing a
strong offer, negotiating the best price, plus getting the most out of your inspection and repair
requests.
For those of you looking to sell, she will take you from “thinking about selling” to “sold” with
confidence and grace. She will help prepare your property to look its best, preview comparable
homes in the area, call other agents with comparable listings, and gather feedback from showings to
price your home appropriately. Finally, she will use her strong networking skills to get the word out
beyond the traditional advertising to move your home quickly.
Real estate is in her blood. However, becoming a second-generation Realtor was not part of my
plan. Yet, here she is, well over a sixteen years later and going strong! Her love of Portland’s
variety in architecture and neighborhoods is what pulled her in to the business, and now it is the
people – her clients – that keep her here. In addition to her real estate background, she holds a
Bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work. As she got started in Real Estate, she noticed a nice
cross-over between her counseling background and the process of helping others buy and sell
homes.
She run a referral-based business and know that giving you great service means her business will
continue to prosper. Community participation is also important to me, so each year she take pride in
donating a portion of her income to local non-profits who do amazing work improving greater
Portland.
When not working, you can find her spending time with her husband Paul, her son, friends,
family, and their rescue mutt, Edna. They head into the great outdoors often to enjoy the beautiful
Paci?c Northwest forests, lakes, and rivers. They also manage a duplex rental, and an ADU rental
in their own backyard. After over 7 years living in Irvington, Alameda, and Alberta they have lived
in their current Cully neighborhood cottage for over a decade. Having purchased it as an extreme
fixer, they completed a full house remodel, built the ADU at the back of their oversized lot, and
now love sharing this space. Her husband and she has purchased and remodeled multiple
properties. They love being homeowners and take pride in seeing their ideas turn into appealing and
highly livable homes.
