My family and I listed a multiunit building with the Chicago Property Sisters. Start to finish, we were faced with numerous challenges from 8 homeowners to tenants, a range of contract issues, the city, and more. For a lot of us, this was a first time experience.

Agustina and her team were very helpful. Their expertise and patience were immensely appreciated as this was a very mentally and physically draining process. There was even more back and forth than is normally expected and Agustina was with us through each step.

What an experience it was in our journey to purchasing our first home. My fiancé and I were recommended to Jaime and we are so glad we went with her and her team. They addressed all our needs and even when things weren’t going the way we expected, she took the time to regroup with us and her team and come up with a new game plan to get the job done. Late last winter we started looking at investments property but our financial lender took forever to get back to us then 2 months later telling us we should wait that it wasn't ideal. I emailed Jessica from property sisters late one night and had a response the next day. We scheduled a virtual consultation and she was able to get a trusted lender to join our meeting and give us a pre-approval on the spot. It was less than a week that Jessica was showing us properties since we first contacted her. While it was a hard buying season we were able to find the right property for us. Jessica was always within reach during our whole buying process.
We had a few hiccups here and there but Jamie and Jessica always made sure everything was resolved and was to our liking. I ask many questions and stay on top of things, i was happy to find a team that matched my sense of urgency and problem solving as well as always ready to answer any of our questions. I had a great experience with the Chicago Property Sisters - Re/Max Loyalty and their whole team. I found Jamie and Augustina and their team to be very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Once I sign contract, Jamie got off running to sell my investment property, keeping me informed thru out the process. My questions and concern were addressed immediately. If I had a request to view a new property that was handled immediately by Damien with Augustina, giving me valuable feedback. When I had concerns about capital gain tax, Jamie referred me to their real estate lawyer James to get more information, which then allowed me to move forward. Once the sell got started, Yadira, transaction coordinator kept me informed to the end of the sale of my property. What I really appreciated was the teamwork they all reflected. OMG Property Sisters really made this buying experience so uncomplicated so easy that we asked ourselves why did we not do this sooner. Our Biggest regret is not knowing about them or finding them sooner. Nancy our loan officer that works with them gave us the basic knowledge we needed to obtain our house. My first appointment was awesome, although let me tell you I came to the table skeptical because we have been turned away before with no input on how to even start our home buying process. I work and so does my husband and they still found a way to schedule the property viewings according to our schedules. If your thinking about how to start, where to start, what do you need, where do you need to be as far as credit, look no further, trust me you will not be sorry. As a first time homeowner, the entire process is very nerve racking, time consuming, you have tons of questions, and even more viewings.
