We worked with Jaime and Cheryl on selling our old home and buying our new home. Talk about going "way beyond" what was expected, their expertise in the Real Estate business was awesome. They not only sold our house in less than a week ...for much more than we expected, but found us a new one when we were on crunch time. They were also there for us in the move , which consisted of downsizing after 36 years in one home. Anyone looking for an awesome couple to do business with, pick Jaime and Cheryl for a stressful, awesome experience.

As an out of town, 2nd home buyer, it was important for me that I work with a realtor I could trust, and understood the market in which I searched. Most important to me was that they understood "my" needs vs their own and could simplify the process and search from searching for the home, to mortgages, etc etc. Cheryl & Jaime Gonzalez went above and beyond my expextations ! They are indeed experts in real estate! They come with a plethora of knowledge and the compassion & understanding that many realtors lack. I would not use another realtor if ever in the market again, and higly reccomend this magnetic couple!

Jaime and Cheryl are the absolute best. If you want people who are professional, experienced, and excellent to work with - look no further. They helped me and my family with a probate sale, which is complicated- but they made it easy. We had the house staged, ready, and closed within 3 weeks. It was incredibly easy at a time I anticipated a lot of work. This team is spectacular!

Jaime and Cheryl were amazing. They helped me with selling my house and buying a new condo. To get my old house ready they helped so much with everything. I appreciate everything they did for me from putting up with my crazy dog to making my kitchen cabinets look amazing. They also connected me to other people to help with repairs and deep cleaning. I would and have recommended them to everyone I know. When purchasing a new condo they were honest about everything and I hope to be able to use them in the future!
