Jaime Malamoutsis

Jaime Malamoutsis was born in Colorado and relocated to Miami, Florida to attend University of Miami, where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Communications. Shortly after graduation, Jaime immersed herself in the Miami real estate market while looking for her own private property and fell in love with the industry. She decided then it was the perfect and only career for her.

Jaime has over 10 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate and property management in the Jacksonville/ St Augustine, Tampa/ Clearwater, and South Florida markets. Jaime founded Prime Real Estate Company in 2014 when she identified a need for a fresh update on the traditional real estate brokerage that would provide concierge services to accommodate buyers’ and sellers’ needs to ensure the selling and buying process is a successful and easy one.

Jaime lives in Jacksonville with her husband, daughter, and maltese Dunkin. In her spare time Jaime enjoys working out, running, wine tasting, and volunteering at the local animal shelters.
