Jaime is a joy to work with. He is professional, charismatic and very flexible with his time. Often when I saw a house I wanted to see, Jaime made it happen within 24 hours. I appreciated his knowledge and experience he has with house rehab. His ideas and advice were very helpful in making our vision come to life. I was worried about selling our home since we had such a small window. Jaime helped me find a new more accommodating home to move into within a couple weeks. He was very patient and offered great ideas and opinions. He then sold our old home within a couple weeks for top dollar... I was very pleased to not have to pay 2 mortgages and I have Jaime to thank for this.
I highly recommend Jaime to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

As a person with disabilities, I was worried that I would never find the right home, especially during the winter months, but working with Jaime put my mind at ease, he went above and beyond, he went to see several properties and he video chatted with me, I honestly felt like I was there. I'm happy to say that after almost a year of searching i finally closed on a perfect home. Thanks to Jaime and the entire team for guiding me on the purchase of my first home.
