Jaime Watson

Jaime has over a decade of real estate experience, built on a previous career in finance and equity research. Her background gives her a unique insight into the real estate marketplace, lending and investment trends. As a longtime Bay Area resident and homeowner, she has contextual and practical knowledge about homeownership and property transactions in the Bay.

Jaime's clients are buyers and sellers who purchase and/or sell single family homes, investment properties, condos/TICs and multi-unit buildings in the Bay Area. She works primarily in San Francisco and the East Bay, but has a strong network and ability to consult across the Bay and throughout the state of California.

Jaime first moved to the Bay Area in 2004 after completing her Bachelor’s at Colorado University in Boulder. She stays actively engaged with her community through Board work and volunteering. Her passions include paddleboarding, hiking, and exploring all the beautiful pockets of the Bay with her husband and two dogs.
