Jaime Z is well known and respected in San Diego for her philanthropic business model, her expertise in collaborative real estate divorce and as a leader and innovator in the real estate industry. She is ranked in the top 2% of Realtors in the county of San Diego based on individual production and volume sold. Also also awarded in Top Realtor Group at Big Block Realty 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019.

In 2018 Jaime Z was featured in San Diego Real Producers Magazine for being a leader in the Philanthropic space. Since the inception of donating 10% of her commission to local charities of her clients choice, She has donated to over 72 charities/Foundations. In 2019 she was featured on Fox 6 News for her donation and contribution to Helen Woodward Animal Center. In 2020 received the North San Diego County Salute to Women of Color Award and Recognition.
