Client Testimonials
As first-time homebuyers, they were a bit intimidated by the competitive East Bay Market, but they were lucky enough to work with Jake as their buyer's agent. He made the process incredibly easy and smooth. Because Jake is from Alameda, he is incredibly knowledgeable about the local eateries, schools, attractions, etc. in the area and had lots of recommendations as they toured potential homes. Jake is quick to respond and was able to accommodate their requests to view places within 24 hours or less.
They were never worried they would miss out on an opportunity when Jake was on their side. They ended up buying exactly what they were looking for after only their third attempt. They avoided the hassle of a bidding war because Jake listened to what they wanted and found the place for them before it was listed on various property websites. This was possible because of his many professional network connections within the real estate business.
The escrow process couldn't have been any smoother, because Jake helps you out every step of the way. He recommended a loan officer for us to use, and she was incredibly quick to respond and answered all of their questions. In 25 seamless days, they were signing closing documents. Everything went according to schedule; despite the holiday season, Jake had the foresight to submit things a little earlier so that the processing of their title wouldn't be delayed due to Christmas/New Year. They are now living happily in their new space and couldn't be cozier.
If you're ever looking to purchase or sell a home in the East Bay or surrounding area, don't hesitate to inquire with Jake! They hope to work with him if they decide to sell/buy in the future.
