About Jake

Hello my name is Jake Gans. I grew up in Northern California for 21 years. I have now lived in Colorado Springs for the past 7 years. Throughout my entire life I was taught the core values of hard work, kindness, honesty, and taking care of one another. After moving out here I joined the varsity baseball coaching staff at Cheyenne Mountain High School. I grew up involved in sports my whole life so coaching came second nature for me --combining my experience and values, helping others in need, demonstrating persistence and a solid work ethic. Once I moved to Colorado Springs I knew it was home. I was instantly drawn to the abundance of outdoor activities, gorgeous scenery, and all the opportunities this wonderful place has to offer us right in our back yard. My hobbies include rock climbing, snowboarding, dancing, cooking, fishing, sports and exploring all of our great local restaurants and breweries. This is the active Colorado lifestyle many of us embrace. I have also been watching and learning and studying the real estate market. Colorado Springs is an exciting place to own a piece of and I want to help people find their perfect piece of the Rockies.
