We were looking to purchase a home and worked with two real estate agents before we met Jake. Jake was referred to us by a family friend.

In our first face to face meeting with Jake we were blown away with professionalism, I walked out of his office feeling that I got my house. He kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new home came on the market. His communication was clear, and he listen to our every need. Throughout the bidding process Jake was very positive, he reminded us even though we loss a few bids, that our house is out there waiting for the right moment. Before the end of three months, we went into contract and closed on our new home. He was always available to answer any questions regarding home purchasing.

Today we are fully satisfied with our choice and wouldn’t choose no other agent. Without being any hesitant I would recommend Jake and his team to anyone who is purchasing or selling their home.

Jake is an excellent, hard-working agent, but to a greater extent, he is a truly caring, kind-hearted person and a genuine pleasure to be around. His attitude, good nature, and patience helped my husband and me through a very stressful time. From day one of our contact signing with him and Andrew, he was always responsive and understood our concerns and needs to find the right buyer for our home.

Selling my home was a stressful experience, but Jake was always there to offer advice and help. He was so patient with us, and he negotiated a fair contract to everyone's satisfaction.

Jake is an wonderful real estate agent, but more than that, I am happy to now call him my friend. Thank you, Jake, for your exceptional work ethic, concern, and understanding of what it takes to find that perfect buyer and make your ultimate goal your clients’ happiness.

Jake is a great realtor. As a first time homebuyer, Jake understood my needs and wants and provided professional insight and knowledge throughout the process. Jake was available to answer all my questions. His knowledge and professionalism made us comfortable and made the process less hectic than it was. He did not pressure me into buying something I didn’t want or the opposite. I am truly grateful Jake was my realtor. Even thought the client/realtor relationship has ended, he checks in to see how we are doing. A true professional, an excellent realtor and a great person. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him and I recommend Jake to everyone that wants a great realtor and a great home buying experience.
