Jake Monroe

Jake Monroe is what has become increasingly rare: a Nashville native, and because he is a local, Jake has a superb understanding of the nuances of not only the more established neighborhoods but also the up-and-coming areas of Middle Tennessee. He has built close relationships with builders and developers, has experience working with celebrities and trusts, and specializes in marketing and valuing properties with intrinsic value. Jake focuses on purchases and sales of historic homes, land, new construction, custom builds, commercial properties, and multiple-multimillion-dollar properties. Jake has built his business on referrals because he is known to be tenacious, trustworthy, patient, and fun to work with.

Jake’s focus is on creating a unique, service-minded, and winning experience. He loves working with other agents to get the best result for clients and guards every interaction closely, as he is always mindful of wanting to serve his future clients well and knows each deal may affect future ones.

He has worked as a green energy consultant, salesman, recruiter, and sales manager, and also owned a small remodeling business. He has received several awards in sales, and is consistently recognized as one of the top producers at his firm.

When he’s not working you can find Jake connecting with people at coffee shops in Franklin, where he lives. Or you can find him enjoying a whiskey at the Leipers Fork Distillery, or discovering new restaurants with his wife. He also loves exploring the South, camping and hiking with his son. When at home, as he paces the floor negotiating contracts, he is constantly followed around by his dog, Gromit, a King Charles Cavalier.
