About Jake

Drawing upon his background in the financial industry, Jake Ponsler brings a high level of competency to every interaction with his real estate customers. He strives to understand and anticipate the needs of both his buyers and sellers and then continually exceeds their expectations. Jake is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®.

Originally from Indianapolis, Jake is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. An entrepreneur at heart, he founded and developed an early CBD skincare company while in college, and later co-built an online e-commerce platform that serviced both domestic and international sales. Additionally, Jake developed digital marketing campaigns that targeted specific customer demographics across a variety of platforms.

Prior to his career in real estate, Jake worked as a financial consultant for the Chicago office of Deloitte before relocating to Naples and becoming a licensed Florida REALTOR®. Jake has spent the past several years building a rental portfolio of single-family homes in Naples Park, actively working with builders and participating in the design and development process. In addition to his expertise with new construction, Jake is also a golf property specialist.

As a sales associate at the Park Shore office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty, Jake works alongside his brother, Keith Ponsler, to accomplish the single goal of satisfying their customers' every need. Blending their combined business and real estate experiences with their financial backgrounds gives the brothers a unique insight into market and investment analysis.

When he's not working with customers, Jake loves traveling to new places, playing tennis, pickleball, and the guitar.
