Jake found me snooping around on line while looking for a vacation home. He then waited over nine months ( yes , like waiting for a baby to come) for our money to come through. Once the process of purchasing happened Jake and Shayna made sure we knew all the steps necessary to allow for as smooth as possible transition to ownership. I can’t tell you how appreciative we are for all his patience and attention as small road blocks got in the way of the process. I would call Jake in a heartbeat when considering any real estate transaction. He really worked diligently over and over to get us into our new little get away. 🏚️
