Due to Jakobs naturally affable and ambitions personality, he excels in negotiations leaving whoever he works with in awe, showing that he is passionate in the success of YOUR career and aspirations.

In his free time, to further help his clients, Jakob is studying contract law striving to be unparalleled in contract efficiency. Above all else, he continues to perfect his craft in Commercial Real Estate through relationship building and further fostering his education.
