Jamar Hardy

Jamar Hardy is the managing broker of Edina Realty’s office at 53rd Street and Lyndale Avenue in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In his nearly two decades in real estate, he has emerged as a leading voice in the industry, particularly in expanding opportunities for historically underserved communities in housing, real estate careers, and beyond.

Jamar is the Director of Edina Realty’s Diversity and Inclusion team and is responsible for helping guide the area’s largest real estate company into the future with an eye on increasing diversity within each of the 70-plus company offices in Minnesota and western Wisconsin. He is an active member of the company’s recruiting panel and has contributed to several corporate initiatives and events, including a guest appearance on Edina Realty’s podcast where he encouraged people to “join the conversation” around diversity and inclusion topics.

Jamar is also a leader in the industry, having served three years on the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors, three additional years as the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors® Diversity Chair, and three years on the National Association of Realtors® Diversity Committee.

Jamar was recently named 2022 Realtor of the Year for Minneapolis Area Realtors®. He is active in his community and has served for nearly a decade on the Board of Directors and is currently the Board Chair of The Link Minnesota, an organization that provides support to at-risk youth in the Twin Cities.
