Jamay was simply awesome when it came to selling property for our family. She is patient and kind to those who do not fully understand the sometime tedious process of selling property. Also, even after a year following the sale, she was so helpful in getting replacement copies of documentation for tax purposes! Overall, Jamay's customer service top of the line and she made sure I knew everything about the current state of the sale of my home and always answered all of my millions of questions. She found our home and made sure we were one of the few that got to view it and make an offer that was excepted without having to go back and forth. Jamay took over as our Realtor while we were looking for our dream home.
As soo. As she started working with us, she sent us listings and wanted to get us in homes to find what would be right for our Family.

In the middle of our process Covid19 happened and certain guidelines changed. Jamay wasn't worried! She said to keep moving forward and she worked diligently with the other listing agent on the home we offered on to make this go as smooth as possible. She also worked very hard with our lender to make sure things were in order and ready for the next steps!

If you check her out online you know she's a busy lady! Closing ov several homes a week in both Oregon and Washington, but is always very responsive in just minutes to help a new client or answer questions!

I've reccomended her several times, and would always reccomend her!

Jamay is a wonderful real estate agent, who was very knowledgeable in selling and purchasing homes. She was very easy to keep in touch with, and was able to answer all of our questions very quickly. Even during the struggles of selling and purchasing a home during the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, we were able to get our house sold and quickly moved into our beautiful new home.
