Jamel exceeds my expectations for a real estate agent! He listened very thoroughly to items that were important to me when purchasing my home. When we were seeing homes, he would revert to those items to see if the specific property would be a good fit. Another phenomenal quality was his honesty. I highly appreciated that he didn’t want to sell me anything and would tell me if a property wouldn’t be the best for me. As a first-time homebuyer, I had so many questions. Jamel answered everything with detail and kept me informed my entire process. In addition, he was extremely professional and the team he works closely with. I cannot recommend Jamel enough and you will walk away feeling like you gained a friend and not just as a customer. I look forward to working with him again

Jamel is the best in the business. He listened to what we wanted, gave honest feedback, and didn't try to pressure us to into buying a place that wasn't the right fit. He'll never stop working for you and your family and is super patient which, as a first time homebuyer was invaluable. I feel like I not only gained a realtor but a friend.

OUTSTANDING

I was familiar with Jamel in his younger years. His family and my family attended the same place of worship. Jamel was a quiet and mannerable young man. When we passed each other in the Church, he made sure to speak, giving his signature head nod, looking out of the corner of his eye, while flashing a friendly smile. Fast forward, 20 years later, I mentioned to a mutual friend that I was in search of a Realtor to sell my home. She suggested Jamel; the adult, professional Realtor. Jamel was the first of three Realtors to be interviewed. He arrived at our scheduled appointment on time and prepared. While pitching his case, on why he should sell my home, he was prepared and detailed. Needless to say, the rest is history; not because of our familiarity with each other, but because he presented with a confident skill set that was impressive and appreciated.

In working with Jamel, his marketing, selling strategies and negotiation techniques were spot on. He took the time to explain relevant documents, line by line and he was available to answer any and all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable of the changes that were taking place in the housing market, while being sensitive to my need to transition into the home selling process, slowly. However, because of his skill set, he gave me a "gentle nudge", that was in perfect timing to put my house on the market. Working with Jamel, professional Realtor, was amazing; I highly recommend him to anyone for home selling/buying needs. Getting to know Jamel, the adult, has been a wonderful experience out of which a friendship was established. He is a respectful, delightful, sensitive and goal oriented young man. Thank you Jamel!

I knew from the first day I met Jamel Wilmore, that he had a wealth of knowledge and compassion for the real estate field. Jamel is FAMILY! This man right here has shown us the value of working with an agent that cares. My husband was on an 11-month deployment when we decided that we wanted to buy a home. Jamel was recommended by a fellow soldier and even with the time difference and without us being truly ready to start the home buying process, Jamel was checking in with my husband periodically and displayed his appreciation for what my husband does for his country and family. This man put on his boxing gloves and fought for us! Jamel made the process as smooth as possible and easy to understand, and handled the few bumps we had like a pro!
