Jim worked with me to prepare a home I had been renting for 8 years for sale. To get inspections done, yard work completed and everything necessary to sell...and nothing that wasn't. I've been in the real estate industry (in another county) for over 30 years and I know and appreciate the value of an experienced agent. Every market has its own peculiarities and an experienced agent makes the difference, if you take their advise. I did and we closed within a month. I would use Jim again and I'd happily refer him to others. I found his knowledge about what repairs were needed, and what wasn't, and his connections to and referrals and management of contractors valuable. His willingness to work with city employees and keep all the balls moving forward and still list, negotiate and close quickly, as was my desire, invaluable as I live 2 hours away. He gets an A+ in project management on this transaction!
