He is an exceptional learner and his knowledge in the real estate is very extensive. His ability to focus, helped him to become the real estate expert he is now. I love his positive attitude and he is my go-to person when I need advice.

I have known Jim Anderson for 19 years! We were neighbors for 15 of those years. In a big city like Portland, it is difficult to feel a sense of Community and Neighborly connection. There are many rentals and transient lifestyles. People stay for a year or so, then move on. It is rare in my experience , when a neighbor reaches out and extends a constant kindness , interest and a helping hand. Jim Anderson is that person. For example: there was a feral cat who lost his regular outdoor feeding station when the homeowners moved away. The cat was starving and the new homeowners would not feed him. Jim and his beautiful wife, Pari, took this Kitty on and became his new daily food and water source. I am passionate about animal care and this touched me deeply. When I buy my next home, I will be contacting Jim first. He is compassionate, extremely kind and knows Portland like the back of his hand. Thank you Jim!
