James is a thorough professional and was very friendly, collaborative and responsive throughout. We were living outside of NY and could only manage a couple of of 5 day-visits to FLX / Western NY region over a 2-month period. James helped us coordinate all the prospective house tours within the time constraints and sometimes spent his entire day with us going from one house to the other. Bottomline - James puts his Client's interests first!!!

Tons of work to do but all a labor of love to make this house our home. At our old home each project was with the knowledge we would eventually sell but for this one we get to do it just how we want it!! You have been amazing to work! Back in 2001 I purchased my first home…I was just weeks away from celebrating my 24th birthday! I raised my son and God daughter in this house that quickly became our HOME once we moved in! We made so many memories in this home with so many amazing friends. Life threw us some unexpected bumps in our road many years later resulting in me selling our home. We moved on and closed that chapter of our life…or so we thought! Several years later, I found out that our HOME was up for sale. I couldn't believe it…do i buy it back???? Well I did just that and I couldn’t have done it without James! James went above and beyond by working so hard to make this deal go through! James spent hours in negotiations with the seller (well into the night) doing everything he could to make my offer be the one that was accepted! I cant thank you enough James ♥️ Thank you for helping me get my HOME back for my family so that we can continue to make more memories in the home we were meant to be in!

James was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, encouraging, and helpful during the process of buying my first plot of land. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for, and was able to answer all of the questions that came up for me throughout the process, which was not a simple one. It's so helpful to have someone to communicate with the buyer's agent and attorneys when you're inexperienced as I was. Plus he's 100% honest, which is rare nowadays.

I feel lucky to have found James and to have him on my side while I search for my first home!

My husband and I started looking at houses last year. As you know with this crazy market it was challenging. James was always great at going to showings with us but never made us feel “pressured” to put an offer on anything if we weren’t feeling it was “ours”. Eventually we decided to build and he helped secure our lot and he connected us with a local builder for our home!! He’s prompt with communication and kept us updated throughout the process of the land becoming our. We’re very thankful for all his help through the wild ride!

Where do I even begin? As a first time home buyer, James made this experience INCREDIBLE and I will never forget that. Throughout this journey, in this crazy market, James was there to support us through it all. He was always a call or text away to answer all of our questions and concerns (no matter what time it was). Every house we looked at, he was upfront and honest about any red flags we should be aware of as well as benefits each house could offer us. He was patient with us and always diligent. He never let us settle and was determined to get us into the house of our dreams. Mission accomplished! Aside from being a great realtor, James is a great person.
