James was absolutely wonderful in listening to our needs and wants for the home we were seeking in the Fredericksburg surrounding areas. We drove to various neighborhoods that he thought we would be interested in before stepping into particular homes. If you don’t like the neighborhood, what’s the point of looking at the house, right? We wasted no time. In two days we found our home! Throughout the closing process, James had our backs and we are truly grateful for the time and care he put into helping us. He truly has a servant’s heart. Thank you James!!

James is really terrific. 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend using James and his team when searching for a new home. He helped us locate an amazing condo in Wintergreen Resort. He’s an expert in the area, was honest, and helped set up inspections and great partners with a lender. Extremely easy to communicate with quick replies. I live out of state and he did multiple FaceTime calls to help show the properties we looked at. He made the process very simple. I highly recommend James to anyone considering buying a vacation home in the Wintergreen or surrounding area.

James is fantastic! I don’t believe in coincidences; we were meant to work with each other. After meeting, we found out that I bought my first house from him 7 years ago; and this year he helped me sell that house! Wild! Thought out this, incredibly SMOOTH process, James maintained enthusiasm and confidence about selling my home! I loved this! He has a way of making you feel as if you are talking to a friend and a professional at the same time! His listing price numbers were right on which were predicted months before my house went on the market! He was very responsive to the many questions I had along the way. My house sold within 24 hours, 10k above asking, with no contingencies! That’s a win for me! Unfortunately, I moved out of Virginia but I would definitely use James for buying or selling again if I had the chance!!

Loved working with James on the purchase of our new place !! We discussed the area we were searching , what are needs were , the pricing as well as few other criteria and immediately he responded with all sorts of search engines and daily updates . James was fantastic. He helped us every step of the way when we bought our house. We were on vacation when a house in the neighborhood we wanted to buy into came on the market. James went and did a home tour over video chat and got an offer put together that day. The owners went with another offer, but it fell through a few days later. As soon as we saw the house was back on the market, James was on top of making sure the seller's agent knew we were still interested and he was able to secure a contract quickly. Throughout the 45 day closing process, James was in contact several times a week updating us on what was happening. He was so encouraging and quick to resolve normal issues, which was very comforting and reassuring. James is an excellent agent who truly cares about his clients and their needs.

He's focused on your family and your needs, he's motivated to move quickly in a market that requires quick action but he's also careful to not be pushy or force you in a direction that isn't right for your family. He set us up to see houses that were available on the market and any that we said we were interested in, he was ready to take us to, same day. If you're looking to sell, buy, or both James is your guy. He made our coinciding close easy, no stress, and his team got us closed on time with no delays. Don't trust the largest decision and purchase you'll probably ever make to anyone else.
