Before meeting James I was nervous and overwhelmed with the thought of buying my own house for the very first time. However, that all changed when I met James. From our initial meeting he was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had about the requirements and home purchasing process. Exactly two weeks ago I closed on my new home and couldn’t have been happier with the process with James by my side. He’s readily available when you call or text him, he gets back to you right away and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re understanding everything along the way. I found James from a google search, so I had no idea who/what to expect. I explained about my ideal new home, wants and needs, and price point I wanted to stay in.
James found me the perfect condo, for $30K LESS than the max price I would have paid.
In addition, the sale of my Chicago home (which was not his transaction) was a complete disaster. Our closing on that sale was delayed and hampered on every possible aspect. James helped me to stay sane, and assured me that all would work out.
He even made phone calls and emails to help expedite the process, even though that wasn’t his responsibility!
I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

We were selling my mother's home in Chicago, while we lived in Iron Miuntain, Michigan, and had recently moved my mother into an assisted living facility near our home in the U.P. because we were not able to be on site all the time it was important to us that our realtor would be able to be available to answer questions that came up and who could also keep us informed of any and all issues which m I get arise. James was absolutely exactly that realtor for us. He was extremely professional and answered each and every question that came up. He was never too busy to keep us informed and the fact that we put the house on the market on a Saturday morning and open house on Monday by the night we had three offers over our asking price.
