After a successful tenure as a school teacher, James began his real estate business in 2006. With the real estate market immediately shifting, James became involved in the distressed market. He was a short sale and REO/Bank Owned specialist and a market valuation vendor for various companies. James built his business one client at a time to what it is today. His experience and top market knowledge led him to be a leader in his industry. Combined with his service to organized real estate, he established himself as a well-respected agent in Northern California.

James is a baseball fan, car enthusiast, and tech gadget guy. When he is not selling real estate, you can find him working on his home, driving or dining in a local Bay Area spot, and spending time at his vacation home in Southern California on rare occasions. His inspiration comes from his large family, who all live close by.
