James Brookman

A former Two-Time All American with the University of Washington Track and Field Team, James Brookman is goal oriented, competitive, and results driven. After attending the Foster School of Business for his Undergrad and Master’s degree James spent the first years of his career as a CPA, working with hundreds of local businesses and individuals.

James brings his rare blend of analytical skills and go-getting attitude with him to every real estate transaction. His ability to plan and coordinate along with his desire to help clients achieve their goals allows James to excel at NWG Real Estate; one of Washington’s consistent top producers. James’ role as Manager of Developer Accounts helps NWG Real Estate’s development team produce average annual gross sales of $50M.

An Eastside native, James has an extensive knowledge of the greater Seattle area neighborhoods and in his free time he enjoys taking advantage of everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer. He and his wife Amy enjoy hiking, biking, and taking in the many unique Seattle restaurants. In the summer James can also be found donating countless golf balls to local city golf courses, with a handicap so high not even a CPA can calculate it.
