James was always free to answer any questions I had about the selling/buying process and he went out of his way to contact the town on getting the last meter reading and fire alarm inspection. The marketing portion of my house looked amazing and he was able to get top dollar.

I would highly recommend him to any individual that would like to sell or buy a house. The process was extremely easy and I felt very comfortable with James leading the way.

Finding the right house on a tight budget can be stressful. Especially when you add in all the rules that apply to finding a house that is VA home loan approved. A few realtors told us we might not find a home, but James took it as a challenge and offered up many dream houses. Now we are in a position of deciding on which home to choose. James always gave us hope in finding the right home and was always there for us when we had a question. He is by far the best realtor you could ever find. I am definitely going to refer him to anyone who is looking for a home. Also once I graduate I will call him again when we want to upgrade. Thank you James, you are truly appreciated.

I was in a large amount of debt, after Wells Fargo had promised I would be eligible for the “Making Homes Affordable Act”, but they lied and I was going to go into Foreclosure. James helped ensure that I was able to sell the house through a short sale, and I was then able to buy another house within a few years as a result.
