A native Californian, raised in San Francisco, James fell in love with the Palm Springs area nearly three decades ago. The Coachella Valley’s natural beauty, with its endless miles of hiking trails, cultural history, stellar restaurants, Mid-Century modern architecture, and the International Film Festival, made his decision to call the desert 'home' extremely easy. An avid traveler, James brings his penchant for meeting new people and experiencing different cultures to his real estate practice.
