James Campion

James Campion is a licensed broker in the state of Oregon who brings a unique skill set to the real estate field. He is uniquely positioned to help his clients assess a property’s potential as an experienced designer/builder of his own homes and from growing up in a General Contractor family. He learned his operations and Information Technology management skills working for two large home improvement centers in Northern California. As he moved up the ladder, James became the IT Director for the corporation serving multiple locations. More recently, he has been working as Director of Operations for two successful healthcare centers and is on the Board of Directors for our local Clatsop Association of Realtors.

James’ much-loved avocations are art and architecture since childhood, being especially skilled in fine art watercolor and having been represented at Sonoma County, California galleries. He now enjoys a blissful, balanced life, on the Oregon Coast.

The latest project on the books is a historic renovation of a well-known artist’s former home and gallery on Canyon Road in Santa Fe, NM, and the JP Farm project on the Necanicum river in Seaside OR.
