I would give James and Settlers Realty Group a billion stars if I could. We were in a desparate way to find housing to meet our aging needs and limited budget. Under all the struggles and stress, James had a calming affect always reminding us to "not worry. WE got this" and we always did. He made it all seem so easy. Sayying THANK YOU is not nearly enough.

I will recommend James and Settlers to anyone who will listen. James was not only there for us to weed out all the little things and chip away at all the bigger issues, but his dedication, expertise, and genuine concern all made him not only the perfect realtor but also a lifetime friend.

Working with James was an all around great experience, especially in the current crazy housing market. We lucked out to connect with him through Zillow. He was knowledgable about all of the areas we were interested in and accompanied us across a wide swath of the state to view several places. James is very on top of his stuff! Also respectful, organized, and patient, he is very proffesional. He has gone above and beyond more than a couple times to insure I got the right home that works for me for a great deal in a nice area. Always kept me upto date with eveything that was going on throughout the process, and has a great way of explaining things I didn't quite understand at times. Would deffinately recommend him to anybody in the area going forward.
