We couldn't have made a better decision than to hire James to sell our condo at Rhythm Music Row. He has incredible knowledge of the Nashville market, is a seasoned professional who has been in the business a long time, and he got the job done exactly how we wanted it and identified a buyer very quickly. We were in the process of buying a new construction home, so the timing of the sale of the condo was very important to us. James understood our predicament and tailored his representation for us surrounding sale price and terms according to our plans. We met James from contacting him about a property he had listed. We live in Maryland and always dreamt of a second home in Nashville.

While that property didn’t work out…James went to see two other properties we were interested in. Taking pictures, videos and giving his honest opinion of the value, condition of each property. His knowledge of Nashville, and being a perfectionist helped us buy our condo situated in a perfect part of Nashville for us.

James is truly the best, I feel like we found a wonderful realtor and also a caring friend.

James just got us under contract for our second house in three months, one investment and one for us, and has done it all with us remote in WA state - wow! James has had to endure extra coordination tax with us out of state, but has done it with speed and class, ensuring we really can feel the quality of the houses he is viewing for us and makes sure we don't walk into any deals that are not in our very best favor. James has our vote, and we can't wait to work with him on additional properties.

James Covington, from start to finish did such a wonderful job finding us our perfect home!!
It was no small task, considering we live in Florida. Several times, we would see one listed online and let him know about it and he would ask us if we would like for him to look at it.
It didn’t matter where the home was, he would go look, take pictures for us and then call us to let us know about the home, the area, etc.
He’s a very sweet and funny guy to boot!!!
We would always recommend James if you’re in the market for a new home. He will always make you his top priority!!!

James was our realtor when we bought our house. We first started on our own and realized quickly that we'd need help. We spoke with a few other realtors that we didn't click with. It was apparent at our first that James was different than the others, and we clicked immediately. He sat down and spoke us to find out what we wanted and then geared the search toward that. He was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the entire process, and we ended up a great deal on a house that was perfect for us. I can't recommend James enough.
