About James

I am a 45 year resident of the Rincon area and I’ve been a licensed real estate professional since 2003. Prior to becoming a licensed realtor, I was the Logistics Manager for Georgia Pacific and I left to enter into real estate full-time in April of 2004. Elected to the Effingham County Board of Education in 2002, I served for eight years and in 2011 I was elected to the Rincon City Council where I was reelected for my third four year term and served nine years. I have seen and have been part of a lot of change in Effingham County during the years and I have been a partner and owner of several businesses within our community both in the service and industrial sector.

During the mid-2000’s Effingham County residential growth was at record pace and I was involved in residential development and home sales. After the 2008 crash of the housing market, I transitioned into Commercial real estate with an emphasis on Cash Flow properties specifically in the flourishing Mobile Home Park industry and other investment properties. I am currently recognized as a “go to” in small brokerages for representing buyers and sellers for mobile home communities throughout the southeast.

As the Industrial development opportunity has expanded into my home area of Effingham County, Dual Rail Commercial was founded to become the leader in Commercial and Residential development by providing firsthand knowledge and boots on the ground from our local real estate professionals.

We recognize that Effingham County is currently at a pivotal place in which every decision made today will position our area for many decades to come. Having 7000+/- acres of Industrial property within a 5 mile radius of the Rincon City Hall which is located less than 15 miles from the Georgia Ports, Rincon is positioned to become a major player in the World of import and export.
