James knows the Los Angeles market like the back of his hand. He's familiar with every nook and cranny of the neighborhoods we were considering. He had a helpful referral or suggestion for every need that emerged throughout the process. James has an impressive knowledge of local history, forthcoming development projects, and relevant real estate policy issues. It made us feel like we had the Mayor as our agent! Beyond all of that, I was pleased with his responsiveness, patience with our many questions, attention to detail, and overall commitment to advocating with the seller on our behalf. We closed two weeks ago and I am so very glad James and his team were in our corner. We enthusiastically and unequivocally recommend James and his team!
