Jim helped me find a home during the brutal inflationary period of high interest rates, shortage of homes on the market and people over bidding on properties. It took months but Jim helped me find and secure a home to my liking. His TEAM of Phyllis and Felicia were so efficient providing me with documents I needed to help me through the selection process. They are true professionals!
What I appreciated most in Jim, was he provided an experienced critical eye to the infrastructure of each property. He would assess and point out potential issues. That is, he wasn't focused on making his commission; he was focused on me finding a good home.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone contemplating a home sale or purchase. I am very grateful for all his help.
