James Finelli is a native New Yorker, born and raised on the south shore of Long Island. He graduated from Hofstra University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. He first began his professional career working as a financial analyst a Fortune 500 Company. This gave him the tools and foundation he would later use towards a successful career in real estate. Ultimately, he realized corporate culture was not for him and decided to pursue a more rewarding entrepreneurial career, focused on interpersonal relationships, which is where he thrives.
Throughout the years, James has represented clients in all areas of transactional real estate. He specializes in educating his clients so they feel confident making informed, smart decisions.
James currently represents exclusively over 60 multi-family buildings throughout New York City, in addition to assisting hundreds of tenants and landlords in residential and commercial sale and leasing negotiations.
James is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and is well respected and known in the community for his honesty and integrity. James resides in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, where he is well versed with the ever-changing neighborhood and equipped with a wealth of knowledge in this niche market.
