James Flint

James Flint, CCIM is the president and managing broker of Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates’ Melbourne FL office, Flint Brokers & Associates. James leads a team of dedicated advisors who serve their clients in all types of business and commercial real estate investment sectors.

James specializes in business and commercial real estate investment. He represents buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, and his clients range from small business owners to representatives of global corporations. James has a unique talent for recognizing the unspoken needs of his clients, and leveraging opportunities to create solutions.

James has earned the prestigious designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). It is a distinction awarded to a select group of commercial real estate professionals who have demonstrated proficiency in their fields through years of transactional experience, and rigorous coursework in commercial real estate financial and market analysis.

James grew up in Minnesota, where he became a business leader in his community. He has been a full-time business owner, entrepreneur and investor for over 30 years. He began his career in real estate as a multifamily investor, and has broadened his portfolio to include industrial and retail assets. He began his brokerage career when he moved to Melbourne, Florida with his wife Stella in 2014.

Since James' arrival in the Space Coast, he has guided local and national clients towards their own investment objectives. James is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Space Coast Economic Development Council, and CCIM Florida's Central District. He is a 2022 Leadership Brevard graduate, and is also active in the International Business Brokers Association, as well as the Space Coast Association of Realtors’ Commercial Investment Council.
