James Gault is the Principal of James Gault & Associates at Compass in Palm Springs, CA. Since moving to California in 2015, he has helped clients in every price point navigate the complexities and questions of a real estate sale with as little stress and as much fun as possible. This focus on a "client-first" approach has allowed to James to not only represent some of the largest home sales in Palm Springs' history, but to also quickly become one of Coachella Valley's youngest and highest producing individual agents.

Before joining Compass, James was awarded the honor of joining Coldwell Banker Realty's International President's Circle, placing him among the top 6% of sales agents worldwide in 2020.
