Jim Gonzaelz is by far the BEST realtor I have ever worked with. To Jim, you are not a client, you are a friend. His entire staff is the same way. In an emergency, I had to fly out to CA for a few months, I put my home on hold.... The day I came back, it was sold! It took us 10 months to buy a house after selling our home. Jim spent countless days and hours driving around Berks County with us. We probably looked at least 60 houses and put in at least 20 offers , we lost count. Jim always remained positive and provided great guidance and assisted every step of the way. He was always available to answer any questions. We could not have asked for a better realtor. Best realtor in Berks County. We recommend anyone looking to buy or sell a house to use Jim.

I will highly recommend Jim to all my friends and family. He was very knowledgeable of the real estate market in my area and was able to competitively price my house. My property sale came with some unusual circumstances which Jim went above and beyond to handle with no issues. Jim Gonzalez was and is an exceptionally, excellent , realestate agent !! As a buyer,Jim always had eye out for me,always pointing out the ups and downs of what I was looking at.
He was always available / or made time for me!!
I had a long drawn out settlement date , due on the behalf of the seller. Jim was there each step of the way, making sure everything was done right and up to date. He also had excellent advice on insurance companies and inspectors!! I guess the best way to sum everything up is....during my part as a buyer, it felt as if Jim Gonzalez was a long time personal friend,instead of just a realestate agent to me.He ALWAYS HAD MY BACK!!
And that is a warm and comfortable feeling!!

Jim Gonzalez was referred to us by a friend and we are very happy that he was, A true professional in every way,He helped smooth the entire process out for us and Our house basically sold within 1 week of listing it, Jim took care of some of the issues that needed to be fixed on the home on his own , which was a huge help, we are very busy and Jim made sure that we did not have to expend much time or effort into getting the property sold. We would highly recommend Jim as a realtor,he does whatever is necessary to assist you every step of the way and will get your house sold in a timely manner.

Jim went above and beyond for me. He knew what to look for in properties, he can see a poorly done flip, knows where the short cuts are, sees problems and many hidden issues. He can negotiate incredibly well for you and is always incredibly fast with his responses and always there to help. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase, he knows his stuff.

Jim Gonzalez was amazing in every way! Not only did he take the time to answer all my questions and concerns before signing with him, he was very reassuring in the fact that he was going to put in the best effort possible to help. He was completely true to his promises! I had what I would consider “a problem home” to sell. It just wasn’t brand new and updated. Jim made numerous phone calls, emails, etc. to his associates in the business and it all paid off beautifully!! I highly recommend his personal commitment and service to his job!
