James Green

James Green moved to Hilo on the Big island of Hawai`i in 2001 to attend the University of Hawai`i at Hilo where he got his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. James has always had a passion for real estate. In 2020, became a real estate investor in the Big island market, embarking on a journey that led him to getting his real estate license reactivated in 2023. James has a unique take on the real estate industry as both a real estate agent and a real estate investor. This gives him the ability to help clients, not only find a house of their dreams, but also give great service to clients looking for real estate investment opportunities. When coupled with living on the Big Island for over 20 years, you will see that he is the perfect agent for you.

When not working with clients, James can be found spending quality time with his three children and fishing. He is a family man that understands the importance of making a house a home. Even though real estate transactions can be daunting at times, he is here to help make that journey easier for the homebuyer and/or seller. His goal is to help make real estate dreams a reality.
