James Gregory

Jamie has lived in East Pierce County for more than 40 years.
He worked in sales and marketing for more than 25 years , 10 in development for non-profits and the last 5 as a Real Estate Broker for John L. Scott in Puyallup.
He helped bring the Dally Tower to Good Samaritan Hospital while helping lead the Employee, Physician’s and Community Campaigns.
Jamie helped inspire interest and support for the new Wesley Homes Bradley Park and Wesley at Tehaleh and the new Village Cooperative of Puyallup. He was recognized by the Puyallup-Sumner Chamber of Commerce with the John Porter Memorial Award for his service to the community and the Chamber.
Jamie has served this community in many ways. Including, service to the boards of Good Samaritan Foundation, Pierce College Foundation, Mt. View Community Center, Tacoma-Pierce County YMCA, Board Chair of the Tacoma Center YMCA, Puyallup Area Aging in Community Committee, Daffodil Festival, F.C. United and Washington Premier F.C. Jamie is a Puyallup Rodeo Wrangler a card carrying member of the PRCA and a Past President of the Rotary Club of Puyallup, Membership Chair of the Rotary Club of Sumner and Current President and Co-founder or the Rotary Club of Bonney Lake-Tehaleh. He served as the Area Governor for Area 12 for Rotary District 5020 from 2018-2020 and as Executive Area Governor for District 5020 from 2020-2021. He’s received the Rotarian of Distinction Award for Pierce County Rotarians.
Jamie is a professional auctioneer and emcee. Over the past 20 years he has raised more than $100M for local non-profits.
The last 5 years, Jamie has been a successful Real Estate Broker for John L. Scott in Puyallup, where he as represented buyers and sellers and leased Commercial office space.
He’s received the President’s Award for John L. Scott each year, with Gold status achieved the past 2 years.
He also runs the Foreclosure Auctions for King and Pierce County on alternate Friday mornings. He led the Western Region by selling more than $57M of foreclosed properties in 2024 and serves on the National Auction Advisory Board for Auction.com.
Jamie has 3 grown sons. Taylor, Addison and Elliot. Addison is married to Brooke and has 2 daughters, Andi and Scottie.
