Even if we didn't have any tours lined up, he always made sure to reach and ensure I was comfortable with where we were in the process. I was randomly matched with James when I requested a showing of a property I saw on Zillow, and as a first time buyer I’m very grateful for that! James then stayed connected with me and provided me better search tools to find exactly what I was looking for. We stayed in touch and he answered all of the questions I had about the home buying process and we even grabbed coffee to discuss many things from real estate to sports to life in general. Right away, James told me that he likes connecting with and helping his clients which I took with a grain of salt, but he definitely proved my skepticism wrong and made me a believer of that. About 11 months, 1 failed offer, and several showings later, we found the condo for me and he was there every step of the way to help me prepare and make the best decisions for me. Without any pressure to use them, he had some great referrals for lenders, attorneys, and inspectors which made the process go very smoothly. I look forward to keeping in touch with him and recommending him to friends and family because I know he will help them reach the best outcome possible!

No one is better for the job than James. James was fantastic all around. Cannot give James a better review. He lives up to all of the VERY prestigious awards that he has won in the real estate industry.

-Energy Levels/Personality: Through the roof! He is SO positive and can carry on fantastic conversation. He does such a good job making you feel good. The amazing thing about the positivity is that is not a "show", that is his personality.

-Expertise: James knows everything. He had me extremely educated for each place that I saw. James knew every question that we asked and he never had an issues with confirming with another colleague if need be!

-Efficiency: I know that home buying, renting, etc... is a LENGTHy process and can often be very STRESSFUL. James makes the process as smooth as possible because he does not miss a beat. He did everything we asked of him and did it so quickly. Hopefully he takes an off day once to twice a year because when I worked with him, it seemed as though he works 24/7. We got everything we asked for an in a very quick manner. He adjusted the showings to our schedule and it was SO appreciated.

-Creativity: As I had my own idea of where I wanted to live, I was unaware of everything that is out there. I asked James for his opinion and what he would recommend for me and he was able to recommend some AMAZING places to me. Actually, the residence that we closed on was something that he recommended. The VALUE there was that he was able to see what I may like when I surely could not. I am THRILLED with the current residence I have. The space, the location, proximity to all of the area of the city that I value. James' creativity was the deal maker. Even if YOU have no idea what you want, partnering with James will most likely take care of that!

-The Special Touch James Has: James is just one of those people you want to be around and work with. I can give you 1000 reasons why you should go with James, but, I would recommend just getting on the phone with him. You will hear his passion, his energy, his expertise and his FIRE to find YOU the home/residence/apartment of your dreams.

We sure lucked out with James, having found him as a referral from Rocket Mortgage. Our family was making a move out back to the midwest. Cross country service is what James provides! Sight unseen, James helped us find our new home in Chicago. Incredibly down to earth and dependable are just a couple of things that come to mind. James provided more than just walking us through the closing of our new home. From our virtual tours, to home photos and videos to coordinating services to come and clean our new home. Post close, James helped us address numerous home needs to ensure we were move-in ready, and from 3000 miles away! We drove up to our new home after 5 days of being on the road and met James for the first time since our 8 week partnership began. Stocked our fridge with water and champagne, we were elated to walk our new place for the first time in person.
