He holds a bachelor’s in mathematics and master’s in educational administration, which uniquely positions him to analyze market data and communicate the impact to his clients to make informed decisions.
James has been in the top 10% in sales volume for eight straight quarters, the top-producing solo agent in the Brazos Valley office for 2022 and a member of the Millionaire Club for Keller Williams Brazos Valley.
James lives and works here because of the local history, hometown relationships and small-town value. His work is guided by his values of knowledge, commitment, service, community, and excellence. His philosophy on home is two-fold. A primary residence should be a place to belong and be loved, but it should also build generational wealth.
James believes in community, and that means belonging to a community. James and his family, wife, Morgan, and three sons, 12, 8 and 4, serve local charities, participate in church activities and volunteer their time helping those in need.
In his free time, James enjoys watching, coaching and cheering at baseball and basketball games, playing golf, fishing, roping and spending time with his family.
