James Hester, joined Berkshire Hathaway Georgia Properties as an Associate Broker in 2015 to help lead the development and growth of the company’s new commercial division. James is a proven lead-er of character and integrity, and demands excellence as a standard. With 20+ years of commercial and residential real estate experience, James has a proven record with relationships across the state of Georgia. As a licensed broker in Georgia, James focuses on retail and investment real estate rep-resenting landlords, developers, investors, and tenants. James is active in NAR, GAR, Walton-Barrow Board, and Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. James lives in Walton County with his wife and two sons, Attends St. Anna’s Catholic Church, and coaches youth sports at GWA.
