Having been in the construction industry for 42 years starting as a general laborer then working as a journeyman HVAC technician, to owning my own HVAC company in Colorado. That I sold and moved to Texas in 2005 and started a construction company known as Rising sun land and homes. Which gives me a unique insight into home quality that most realtors don’t have. Having bought remodeled and flipped, houses, also built new construction and many total gut remodels for others also the ability to help people see the potential of a house what can move or be added. Having served on the board of alderman for 2 terms and 3 terms as a member of the planning and zoning, committee, In Highland Haven Tx. Gives me a good working knowledge of the ordinances of HH as well as where and how to access that information of the surrounding communities. Having spent most summers growing up working on a ranch and having owned ranch property gives me insight into water rights, mineral rights, and crop production to better serve the buyer and sellers of ranch and raw land, lots, looking for representation with knowledge.
