James Hoppe is the most ethical, thorough, and effective real estate agent! We provided him with a pretty short timeline to sell the home due to our timing on a relocation out of state. He was able to sell our home not only on time but even sooner than expected. The interest rates were hiking up, the economy was starting to turn, but he kept focused, kept our expectations in-line and communicated every step along the way. We can’t say enough about James but we can say if you want to sell your home with an agent who treats you and the real estate processes with the utmost respect and care, this is your agent!

James Hoppe (Jim) is an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only is he personable, honest, and fun, but his professionalism made each step easy. He was very supportive in our search for a home through all of the COVID craziness and fought to make sure we got to see each home we were interested in. Because in today's market you have to fight a little just to see some of the properties. With his knowledge of houses, the area, and the market, he made sure we were bidding on good, quality homes and wouldn't regret our purchase. When time came to fill out all the forms and sign, sign, sign, he made the process seamless and easy. We are so happy and excited for our new home. We had a very complicated set of transactions ahead of us heading into selling our home and buying our new one. James Hoppe explained the whole process clearly from the beginning and set our mind at ease. His experience with all sorts of contingencies and timelines was critical for a successful execution when, in the end, there where three families involved: our buyers, us, and the sellers of our new home; each with our own set of needs and requirements. He single-handedly oversaw the whole thing by working very well with the other realtors, in many cases acting as a mentor and teacher to them. James does this for a living 100%. Not as a side gig. On top of that, he is a licensed architect, so he understands structures at a deep level and can identify issues during an open house that would slip by most other real estate agents. I would recommend James to anyone who's serious about taking the next big step. He always puts his clients above everything else during the transactions and will protect you all the way until escrow closes and you are moved in.
