We have worked with Jim almost 650 days and just completed our second engagement .

After spending about 18 months working with us to find a home, Jim just helped us sell our home. He walked us through the process, was diligent in preparation including the market assessment, provided guidance on the listing and explained everything we had questions on.

Jim also worked to showcase our house with staging advice/assistance and guidance there as well. Jim followed up on action items in a reassuring manner and we couldn't be happier.

Closing went smoothly - If we go through this again - we're calling Jim Hulsey.

Jim is very knowledgeable about the market place and listened to my needs, desires and concerns before he showed me any property. He worked very diligently to address the issues that I expressed; and, showed me homes that he felt would meet my expectations. I didn’t feel any pressure to hurry my decision in the purchase of my home. When he showed me the home, that I eventually purchased, he helped me to see how it was my dream home. He worked with me to negotiate a great deal with the seller. He put me into contact with a firm to do the inspection on the property; and, then addressed the issues, found by the inspector, to the seller. All issues were resolved to my satisfaction. He continued to keep me informed of what was going on all the way through closing day. He is an honest and dedicated man that makes every effort to help his clients feel good about their experience with him. He is the best Real Estate agent that I have ever worked with.

After a three year period I was able to purchase my home. Jim put a lot of time an effort knowing it would take three years before I would be able to make my purchase. He is a hard working agent.
