Ever since James (Jimmy) Husebo was a child, he dreamed of working with buildings. He loved to design and thought he’d become an architect. But, as fate would have it, one day, Jimmy found himself holding an open house for an agent, and everything changed. The experience was exhilarating for Jimmy, primarily the part where he got to meet people and hear about their real estate goals. Homes were buildings, after all, so Jimmy’s mind was quickly made up, and he got his license shortly after that.
Since then, Jimmy has been tireless in meeting the needs of his clients. In Jimmy, his clients see an agent who’s honest, loyal, and accountable — all values instilled in him during his many years as a competitive athlete. Jimmy always pushed himself when he was competing, and as a real estate professional, he’s just as driven to help his clients succeed.
Additionally, Jimmy graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a 3.4 GPA and a degree in economics. Since economics figures so prominently in the real estate business, Jimmy has a firm grasp on various nuanced market drivers, and the ability to help his clients make informed real estate decisions.
Born and raised in Southern California, Jimmy is thrilled to be still living and working here. When he’s not working hard to deliver for his clients, Jimmy loves staying physically fit and active. Being a Southern Californian through and through, some of his favorite hobbies are dirt biking, snowboarding, and having some good old fun in the sun at his local beach. He’s also volunteered in his community and dabbles in day trading in his free time.
