James has been more than informative and helpful during my first time home buying experience, which was a short sale. I am grateful to have had him as my agent. He explained everything that I did not understand and communicated with me every step of the way about the process. Although it was a long process, James' positive energy gave me assurance. I was looking for a property to live in for a little while and then use as an investment property later, and James understood exactly what I was trying to do and helped me find the right place. He knows the area well and gave good insight on the areas I was interested in. Was also very honest and forthcoming with the whole process and thoroughly explained any questions I had. James was very patient with us. He took the time to answer any question we had and would explain the answer so we would understand. He also listened, really listened, to our needs and wants in order to find us the perfect house. He even showed us compromises and became our cheerleader when we thought all was lost on finding our forever home. He is always professional and a pleasure to work with.
