It was awesome to work with James. He was straightforward with us and very attentive to what we were looking for in a home. His responses were extremely quick and in an extremely competitive market we were able to find an amazing home because of the time and effort James put in for us. One of the worries we had when looking for a home was running into a real estate agent who was only looking to benefit themselves and James is the exact opposite. Not once did we feel he was trying to take advantage of us or do something sneaky behind our backs. He followed through with the entire process and worked great with our loaners and the home sellers. He is very knowledgeable with possible issues a home could have and future expenses it could bring. I could not recommend him enough for any first or experienced home buyer.

Of all the different house buying experiences I've had, nothing has been more enjoyable than working with James Jimenez. It was refreshing to have a realtor who was knowledgeable about the market. We always felt like he had our back throughout the whole process. Can't recommend him enough!

Mr. Jimenez was wonderful to work with when searching for our dream home. House hunting can be a stressful process, but Mr. Jimenez made it feel as least stressful as possible. He communicates well and most importantly listened to us when searching for the perfect home! He was always available to answer any question we had, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. He also advised us in having competitve yet sound offers. I would highly recommend working with Mr. Jimenez for any of your real estate needs! He goes above and beyond, from start to finish!
