About James

After graduating from Concord University, Joseph began his career in business management, and went on to own and operate several successful businesses in the area. He also has extensive experience in property management.

In 2002, after years of buying and selling primarily commercial properties for himself, Joseph decided to pursue a real estate career and help others. He attended the Spruce School of Real Estate in Charleston and the Hondros Business College in Columbus.

Joseph is e-Pro certified, a certified negotiation expert, a residential finance specialist and is a board member of the Parkersburg Area Association of Realtors. He is a member of the Lions Club of Washington and previously coached youth football in the Parkersburg area. He enjoys golf, football, traveling, reading and assisting others in achieving their goals. Joseph is a broker in West Virginia and Ohio.
