James Lotka

Jim Lotka, a dynamic real estate broker serving Chicago, Hinsdale, Western Springs, Clarendon Hills, Downers Grove and the many neighboring communities, celebrates long-standing, strong family heritage in the area. Born and raised in Hinsdale, Jim, and his immediate family, have been involved in some aspect of real estate his entire life. Jim's grandfather was a village trustee of Burr Ridge and helped establish their police department in the 1960's.

Jim attended Hinsdale Central High School before earning a BA degree from Claremont McKenna College. After working in digital marketing and sales in Southern California, Jim decided his roots were calling him back to the community that helped make him the man he is today.

Over the last 10+ years, Jim's extensive real estate expertise has been impactful to hundreds of families and individuals.
